General Claims Handlers and Specialists required for a variety of roles within a busy contact centre.

We are insurance replacement specialists in Eastbourne, acting on behalf of national insurance companies to resolve claims on damaged or lost products. Within our contact centre the team undertake a variety of tasks; from explaining the insurance claims process to our customers, through to offering replacement items and arranging deliveries.

We assess and validate a variety of household insurance claims, from claims for theft or fire through to items that have been accidentally lost or damaged.

Each claim is unique, a customer could be claiming for many items including Brown & White goods, mobile phones or multi media items or could be submitting an individual claim for an item such as photographic equipment or a Sat Nav.

We are a customer focused organisation, and pride ourselves on working proactively for our clients, keeping the customer updated every step of their claim. Our Claims Handlers & Specialists will take ownership of the customer experience to deliver a first class service, while ensuring the claim is settled in line with our Clients requirements and in line with the customer’s insurance policy.

We would like you to....

  • Have experience within a Customer Service role.
  • Be able to demonstrate experience or an existing knowledge of household insurance policies
  • Be customer focused.
